The verdict of acquittal issued against Red Magazine writer Hakan Gulseven, who was charged with “insulting” former Adana Mayor Huseyin Avni Cos, was reversed by the Court of Appeals. The journalist was sentenced to 1 year, 2 months and 7 days of imprisonment.
