Artist Apolas Lermi from the Black Sea has composed a song, entitled, “Uzungöl Şerah,” that points to the illegal constructions in Uzungöl, Trabzon. The music video contained visuals of how the nature was destroyed during the constructions. As soon as the music video was released, Lermi was targeted by tourism companies in the area; the artist stated that he was threatened and received messages full of curses and insults from small business owners in Uzungöl.
