Within the scope of the operations against CHP municipalities, another operation was organized in Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.
Six people were detained in the investigation on bribery charges.
Among those detained are Mayor Muhittin Böcek’s cousin Emin B., former Antalya Chamber of CPAs President Emrullah Tayfun Ç. and his son Serkan Ç.
Also detained are Melek K., a municipality private staff employee, architect Özlem Yıldız K. and city planner Mehmet Ali C.
Investigation is reportedly ongoing.
