An investigation was launched on April 23 in Istanbul against Abdullah Keskin, the Editor-in-Chief of Avesta Publications. The prosecutor’s office cited Keskin’s Kurdish-language social media posts from 2021 to 2025 as grounds for the allegation of “organization propaganda.” Keskin rejected the charges, stating that his posts fell under the scope of freedom of expression.
