Four years after the murder of Diyarbakır Bar Association Chairman Tahir Elçi, three police officers have testified as suspects after being identified to have used arms during the incident.
Tahir Elçi had been killed with a bullet in his head during the clashes emerged as he was making a press statement in front of the Sheikh Matar Mosque in Dağkapı, Diyarbakır on November 28, 2015. The case is still not illuminated.
