Access to YouTube channel KHK TV, established on August 1, 2019 by those dismissed from profession during the State of Emergency and reporting developments related to those affected by the State of Emergency decrees, was banned. The YouTube channel’s Editor-In-Chief was Prof. Haluk Savaş, who was also previously dismissed with an emergency decree, with all channel employees working on a volunteer basis.
