Silivri Criminal Judicature of Peace issued an access ban against journalist İsmail Saymaz’s news coverage of Halk TV, Gerçek Gündem and Karadeniz Daily with the headline, “The fake health report scandal exploded in the Turkish Hard Coal Enterprises (TTK): Reports issued without going to the hospital, daily wages received without going to work” on the grounds of “violation of personal rights”. Saymaz’s news was about the fake health report scandal in the Turkish Hard Coal Enterprises in Ereğli district of Zonguldak.
