Erzincan 1st Criminal Judicature of Peace banned access from the news published on Cumhuriyet Daily as well, with the headline, “The ambulance ran out of fuel as mobile corn seller Yavuz P. was taken to the hospital after having set himself on fire.” The newspaper was informed of the decision by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority.
The news article was on the mobile corn seller setting himself on fire due to the police preventing him from selling in Erzincan and the ambulance running out of fuel as he was being taken from Erzincan to Trabzon, making the patient wait for 40 minutes on the road.
