Journalist Cem Şimşek was acquitted of the allegation of “insult” in the lawsuit he was on trial due to the news article, entitled, “Albayrak signals the attack plan against workers” that was published on Evrensel Daily. The court, on the other hand, claimed that the refutation text was not duly executed and issued a penalty fine of 41,660 TL.
