A lawsuit was filed against People’s Democratic Party (HDP) Esenyurt District Chairman Ercan Sağlam, who was arrested after the police raid organised against the HDP Esenyurt District building, and party executive Dilan Kılıç, who was released on the condition of judicial measures. The two names are facing imprisonment sentences for up to 25 years each due to “terrorist organisation membership” and “making terrorist organisation propaganda” within the lawsuit filed at Istanbul 32nd Assize Court.
