The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office initiated proceedings against 28 people in an investigation into FETÖ’s “confidential public-sector marriage structure.” MİT and Ankara Police Department teams detained 26 people in operations centered in Ankara and carried out in 15 provinces. Prosecutors alleged that the marriage processes of organization members were arranged by so-called “older brothers” and “older sisters” and that ByLock records contained information about this system. Fifteen of the 26 people referred to the courthouse were arrested.
