The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that an apprehension order had been issued for Tamar Tanrıyar as part of an investigation on charges of “insulting the president” and “publicly spreading misleading information.” The prosecutor’s office determined that Tanrıyar had left the country through the Marmaris Sea Border Gate on June 23.
