A citizen opposing the planned Storage Solar Power Plant project in Ovakışla town of Bitlis’s Ahlat district was detained on June 18. After construction machinery entered the area, the gendarmerie restricted entries to and exits from the town. An expert site inspection in the case filed over the project will be held on June 26.
