The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office issued detention orders for 21 suspects as part of an investigation into FETÖ’s “public confidential structure.” It was stated that some of the suspects were employed in public institutions, while others had been dismissed or had resigned. It was revealed that the suspects were found to have communicated sequentially with members of the organization via payphones and prepaid lines. Simultaneous operations were launched in six provinces centered in Ankara.
