Prosecution procedures of Mayor Hasan Mutlu and 47 people who were detained in the operation against Bayrampaşa Municipality were completed. Thirty-nine people, including Mutlu, were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with the request for arrest and six people with the request for judicial control. Within the scope of the operation, 48 people were detained on charges of “extortion”, “bribery”, “qualified fraud” and “bid rigging”. Yasin Sönmez, MHP Istanbul Deputy Provincial Chair Yasin Sönmez was among those detained.
