Tunceli Governorate banned all protests and activities such as meetings and demonstration marches, rallies, concerts, leaflet distributions for 15 days on the pretext of the COVID-19 outbreak. Within the scope of the ban, which will last until November 8, all kinds of press releases are also subject to the permission of the local administration.
