Detained twice and served time in prison within the “investigation against those unnamed”, Taylan Kulaçoğlu was detained once again due to his social media posts. Charged with “insulting the President,” Kulaçoğlu was arrested by the court he was transferred to after his interrogation at the Prosecutor’s Office.
