The commissions are established under the roof of “Support Commission for Series and Foreign Movies.” The commission will evaluate and classify local and imported movies before trade circulation or screening. According to the new regulation, a commission consisting of eight members will examine movies and those found inappropriate will not be screened.
Movies that were not evaluated and classified can only be able to be screened with the “+18” inscription on special screenings and other cultural and artistic events.
