The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against journalist Sabiha Temizkan due to “making terrorist organization propaganda” through a Twitter post in 2014 was held at Istanbul 35th Assize Court. The journalist didn’t attend the hearing with a health excuse; whereas her lawyer Zelal Pelin Doğan indicated that her client will be ready for the next hearing to present her defense statement. The next hearing was scheduled for September 22.
