In the lawsuit with 63 political party and union member and executives on trial due to “violating the Law No. 2911” after the police violence against their demonstration in Adana to protest the bomb attack in March 2016 in Güvenpark, Ankara, all defendants were sentenced to 5 months of imprisonment each. Adana 11th Criminal Court of First Instance turned the penalties into 3000 TL of judicial fines. Announcements of the verdicts against three people were deferred and one person was abated from the file due to death.
