Owners of restaurants selling alcohol in Heybeliada (the second largest Princes Islands in Istanbul, Turkey) were sent unsigned threat letters. The letters contained sentences that are known to belong Muhammad the Prophet and the owners were “implicitly” threatened. Islands Defence launched a statement on its social media account, saying, “We demand those who send those unsigned letters of threat which caused fear among the people and tradesmen of the islands to be found and legal action to be taken against them.”
