Ankara 23rd Administrative Court ruled that it is unlawful to cut a university student’s scholarship on the grounds that they participated in the march organized within the scope of Pride Week in Eskişehir. The Administrative Court stated that the scholarship of the student, who does not have a final sentence of conviction or suspension, cannot be terminated, and decided for a stay of execution of the Ministry of Youth and Sports decree.
