The Constitutional Court decided for the conviction and house imprisonment of Esra Özkan Özakça due to the re-employment protests on Ankara Yüksel Street have violated the right to personal freedom and safety. The court decided that judicial bodies have issued a sentence of house imprisonment against Özakça “before crime indicators were put forth with concrete evidence” and issued for 20 thousand TL moral compensation to be paid to Özakça.
