The hearing of the lawsuit filed against former Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) MP Ayla Akat Ata was held at Diyarbakır 5th Assize Court due to “illegal organisation membership” and “making illegal organisation propaganda” after the investigation against the Rosa Women’s Association, of which she is one of the founders. The court decided for the file against Ata to be merged with the Kobani Case file held at Ankara 22nd Assize Court, within which Ata is arrested in remand.
