The fourth hearing of the lawsuit filed against rights advocate and lawyer Sevda Çelik Özbingöl, who was detained and arrested in Urfa in March 2020, due to “illegal organisation membership” and “making illegal organisation propaganda” through her meetings with her clients in prisons was held at Urfa 6th Assize Court. The lawsuit against Özbingöl was merged with another case file she was prosecuted in 2014 and the court issued for her to be released on the condition of judicial measures and travel ban, scheduling the next hearing for February 3.
