The criminal complaint made three years ago on the murderers of military school student Murat Tekin, who was lynched and killed on Boğaziçi Bridge on the next day after the July 15 coup attempt was concluded with non-prosecution. Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office decided for non-prosecution within the file based on the Statutory Decree issued within the State of Emergency, that predicted impunity for civilians suppressing the coup attempt.
